Visit the hall

At Helsinki Ice Hall’s concert events, cloakroom service is provided. The cloakroom is located near the entrance. The fee is €4 per person, and an additional visit costs €1.

You can pay at the cloakroom by cash or card.

Please note that the number of cloakrooms available at events is limited.

Items and substances prohibited by law are not allowed at Helsinki Ice Hall.

In addition, bringing food or drinks into the Ice Hall is not permitted.

Prohibited items, substances, and food will be removed during entry inspections at the doors.

The event organizer may also impose additional restrictions as a condition of entry, such as bans on bringing recording or filming equipment.

At Helsinki Ice Hall events, and possibly at other times, the parking area may be subject to a fee. Information about paid parking will be displayed on the electronic signboard at the parking area. When parking is subject to a fee, the price is €13.50. Please note that parking spaces are limited!

At other times, parking at Helsinki Ice Hall is limited to 4 hours with a parking disc.
