There are accessible parking spaces located right next to the main entrance, with an unobstructed route leading to the entrances. The entrance address is Nordenskiöldinkatu 11–13.

Drop-off traffic can stop about 20 meters from the entrance.

Is there an accessible entrance to the venue? (e.g., thresholds or stairs, is a wheelchair ramp available)
There is a small threshold at each entrance.

Most of the routes are accessible. Emergency exits have a small threshold.

Where are customers using wheelchairs directed in the seating area? If there are no designated wheelchair spaces, where are wheelchair users guided?
In the Black Box concept, the wheelchair section is located on the floor level, with entry through the main doors. From the main entrance, staff will escort wheelchair users to the floor. For other events, wheelchair sections are located in stands E9 and F1. Access to E9 is through the E doors, and to F1 through the A doors.

Do assistants get free entry?
Yes, they do.

Yes, they are welcome.

No, the Ice Hall does not provide mobility aids for loan.
