Accessibility

Most of the routes are accessible. Emergency exits have a small threshold.

Where are customers using wheelchairs directed in the seating area? If there are no designated wheelchair spaces, where are wheelchair users guided?
In the Black Box concept, the wheelchair section is located on the floor level, with entry through the main doors. From the main entrance, staff will escort wheelchair users to the floor. For other events, wheelchair sections are located in stands E9 and F1. Access to E9 is through the E doors, and to F1 through the A doors.
